If you’ve landed here, you know that making music is a magical act. You may be brand new to songwriting or have been crafting songs DIY for some time. You feel the pull to finish your songs, yet you’re not sure how.

If you’re like me, you also long to produce your own music, but you face technical challenges when opening your DAW (digital audio workstation).  While you could hire someone else to handle it, you know deep down that this creative path is yours to walk.

Making Audio Magic is your space to learn the practice of channeling songs. From one-on-one songwriting lessons to recording mentorship, to group classes, and more — this is your space to tap into your own magic — creativity itself.

  • Songs are spells. These 1:1 songwriting lessons are for budding musicians and creatives ready to explore a new dimension of their voice, transforming the idea that’s been echoing in your head into a finished song you can actually share. Songwriting lessons are the heart of what we offer at Making Audio Magic. We believe that songwriting as a practice has the power to help us heal, process, and learn who we really are.

  • Do you have a zillion demos on your phone that you wish you could record from your own bedroom? In our DIY recording mentorship, we work 1:1 to empower you to learn about the basics of recording and producing from your own home studio. We teach Ableton Live, but are happy to work with students who use other DAWs. Not a songwriter, but hoping to learn more about recording? We’re here for you too!

  • Ready to make the EP you've been dreaming about? This offering is for the songwriter who’s ready to record but craving support to bring it all together. We’ll work 1:1 to create your very own EP, from shaping the songs to recording, producing, and polishing your final tracks. You'll have me by your side as a mentor, producer, and co-engineer, with the option to record in person in my Brooklyn studio, and have me mix your final tracks.
